FaraZobKhala(F.Z.K) Co. is producing vacuum arc remelting (VAR), Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) and vacuum heat treatment furnaces all which can be used in an active research laboratory in the field of applied physic, materials and mechanical engineering for working on nanostructure and amorphous alloys which are susceptible to oxidation during melting and casting.VAR furnaces made by F.Z.K. can be designed for melting and casting samples of up to 1000 g steel. Our VIM furnaces have been made for melting quantities of up to 10 kg steel. High vacuum of chamber is supported by rotary and diffusion pumps up to 10-5 mbar.
