Rizsamane Behbood Darman Company was established in 2020 with main mission of providing solutions for the production of lipid- and polymer-based drug nanocarriers. The company has successfully developed two equipment for the production of nanocarriers at laboratory scale (Insight®), for RD purposes and pre-clinical studies, and industrial scale (Inspire®), for clinical studies and commercialization purposes. Insight® is the first developed product of the company that is able to produce nanoparticles through a single-step and continuous manner. The operation of both equipment is based on microfluidic technology that allows for convenient modulation of particle size, PDI and encapsulation efficiency of nanocarriers. Inspire® enables production of nanoparticles in volumes less than 40 ml for pre-clinical testing, while Inspire® allows for an easy and seamless translation of a formulation into large-scale production of nanocarriers for clinical testing and drug commercialization in compliance with GMP regulations.
