Azhineh Micro System (AMS) company established in 2012 based on more than a decade experience in designing and fabrication of semiconductors and MEMS devices. AMS field of interest consists of different facilities which are used in fabrication of MEMS and semiconductor devices. Now, the produced facilities are related to lithography process. Please note that AMS is the first company which fabricates lithography instruments and facilities in Iran, just now. All of it's facilities and products are patents and belong to this company. In the other fields, clean room design and research projects are the two other fields started in 2018.
